This walking trail runs between Oxford to Coventry, following the Oxford Canal towpath, through peaceful Warwickshire and North Oxfordshire countryside and the market town of Banbury. It passes 43 locks, many period wooden and iron bridges and goes through one tunnel. It also takes in Tooley’s boatyard, a 200 year old working yard that played a significant role in the canal restoration movement.
