How to book

1. Please take a look through our walking holiday pages and when you find a holiday, tour or walk that you like contact us with your requirements;
2. Together, we’ll work out the details by email or over the phone;
3. We’ll send you our booking form, to complete and return; 
4. Your place will be confirmed either by paying the agreed deposit or the full amount (if less than 6 weeks before the event).

We accept payment in pounds sterling through bank transfer (BACS), PayPal, a personal cheque or cash.

• For BACS transfer please use the details of our bank account on the booking form. 

• For payment via PayPal, we send you an email invoice and all you need to do is click the link in the email to pay by credit or debit card or through your Paypal account. 

• Please make cheques payable to Walk the Landscape and send to: 6 Windsor Close, King’s Sutton, Banbury, Oxon, UK, OX17 3QT.  

Your booking will be confirmed when payment has been cleared through our bank account.
